We provide temporary care staff to various settings, focusing on quality and care.
Job Overview:The role involves assisting with daily tasks, administering medication, meal preparation, and enabling independence according to the care plan.
Responsibilities:- Assist with safe lifting and moving of service users
- Administer medication as prescribed
- Prepare and plan meals
- Enable service users to achieve independence in line with their care plan
- Provide help and companionship when necessary
- Flexible shifts to fit your needs - full or part-time, days, nights, and weekends
- Competitive pay rates from £13.50 per hour, weekly pay
- Free training aligned with the Care Certificate
- Ongoing support and further development opportunities through in-house courses and funded qualifications
- Eligibility for a Blue Light card, offering thousands of discounts online and on the high street
- Annual pay review
- You must be over 18 years old
- Have the right to work in the UK
- At least 6 months recent UK-based care experience
- Flexibility on travel - some shifts may require driving or access to public transport
- A good standard of English and effective communication skills
- An enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration (paid in full at a £56.90 fee, with a full refund after a set period of work)
