About the Role

Salt is seeking a skilled UX Researcher to join their growing team, partnering with a major financial institution to bolster their research capabilities.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills while making a real impact for their customers.

As a UX Researcher, you will be reporting to the Head of UX Research, conducting survey writing, usability, and general discovery qualitative and quantitative research.

This role offers a high degree of autonomy and development, with the company planning significant transformation next year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting research to inform design decisions, with a focus on Consumer Duty guidelines and Accessibility Best Practice Principles.
  • Working in design squads across multiple scrums, with an understanding of design processes and design thinking.
  • Developing and implementing research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Familiarity with UserZoom & Figjam or equivalent tools.

What We Offer

This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid role, with only 2 days per month of required office time. You can be anchored to either the London, Bristol, Edinburgh, or Manchester office, and necessary travel to other hubs can be reimbursed.

On top of a competitive salary and high growth potential, Salt offers 10% in pension contributions as standard.
