The Role

We are seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting with operational and financial management of our school's catering facility. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality food and service, while driving sales through promotions and events.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing kitchen team, providing coaching, training, and motivation to ensure exceptional service standards.
  • Manage catering operations, including stock, food, and labor costs, to maintain profitability and efficiency.
  • Ensure consistency of food and service quality, meeting the expectations of students and staff.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, including monthly promotions and added-value events, to drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee menu development, ensuring it meets the needs of our clients and students.
  • Maintain company systems and procedures, adhering to health and safety legislation.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

  • Craft-based experience using fresh ingredients.
  • Knowledge of health and safety practices.
  • Financial understanding of gross profit management and achieving sales targets.
  • Supervisory experience in a similar environment.
