Urban Planning Specialist

About the Role
As an Urban Planning Specialist at KAP Recruitment Ltd, you will oversee and manage a variety of urban and regional planning projects from inception to completion.
You will conduct thorough research and analysis on land use, zoning, transportation, and environmental factors to inform planning decisions. Your manageable caseload will provide the opportunity to progress your career in a supportive team environment with a great social atmosphere.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Town Planning or a related field, membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI), or eligibility for membership. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the UK, is essential.
