Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Transport Planner to join our team at GXO Logistics, Inc. This role involves planning peak schedules, analyzing KPIs, and collaborating with colleagues and external contacts to achieve agreed customer service levels.

  • Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective scheduling strategies to optimize resource utilization and reduce costs
  • Analyzing and interpreting data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues, managers, and external contacts to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in planning or operations environments, with a strong track record of scheduling and implementing Paragon schedules
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
