Job Overview

Red Snapper Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled practitioner to work in our Coventry-based domestic abuse refuge. This part-time position, working 20 hours per week, involves providing direct support and assistance to women and children experiencing domestic abuse.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working collaboratively with the Senior Services Manager to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. This may involve identifying and developing support strategies to meet the needs of women and children affected by domestic abuse in all forms.

A key aspect of this role is to provide high-quality case work, 1:2:1 support, and advice to victims/survivors of domestic abuse. The successful candidate will also be responsible for assisting the Senior Services Manager in the day-to-day running of the supported refuge accommodation.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • To provide high-quality case work, 1:2:1 support, and advice to victims/survivors of domestic abuse.
  • To identify and develop support strategies to meet the needs of women and children affected by domestic abuse in all forms.
  • To assist the Senior Services Manager in the day-to-day running of the supported refuge accommodation.
