Structural Designer Role

We are seeking a skilled Structural Designer to join our team. As a Structural Designer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality structures from conception to final product.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Applying structural design principles and retailer requirements throughout all projects.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects meet specified briefs.
  • Updating project briefs to reflect any changes or new requirements.
  • Participating in team debriefs to provide valuable insights and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Staying informed about new products, trends, and processes in the industry to bring fresh ideas and techniques to the team.
  • Continuously developing your professional skills and knowledge and contributing to your training and development plan.
  • Understanding manufacturing capabilities to drive costs down and improve efficiencies.

Requirements:

  • Extensive POS structural design experience.
  • CAD experience in Artios or Kasemake software.
  • Experience with Adobe suite and Rhino would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of display designs within retailer and brand environments would be an advantage.
  • Well-organized with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Team player with the ability to interact and cooperate with the team.
