Conservation Analyst Lead

Kent Conservation District is seeking a seasoned Conservation Analyst Lead to lead our conservation efforts and develop effective strategies to protect our natural resources. About the Role:
- Develop and implement comprehensive conservation plans to preserve and protect our natural resources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, non-profit organizations, and local communities, to advance conservation goals.
- Analyze data and develop reports to inform conservation decisions and track progress towards goals.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a related field, such as environmental science or conservation biology.
- Proven experience in conservation leadership, preferably in a government agency or non-profit organization.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
- Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
