Job Title: Facilities Manager

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at Refuel Talent. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for managing our facilities across the Manchester area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our facilities, ensuring they are safe and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high standards are met.
  • Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Manage contractor relationships, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards.
  • Oversee the issuance of permits and approvals for contractors, as well as conducting audits to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare and submit operational and regulatory compliance reports to the Group Infrastructure & Services Manager.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facilities management, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with contractors and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and travel.
