Our client is a leading talent management company based in the UK, representing exceptional individuals and their creative ideas globally.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a commercially driven Brand Partnership Manager to lead high-value brand collaborations for a diverse roster of talent. This role is ideal for someone confident, proactive, and highly organised, with strong relationships with brands, agencies, and industry leaders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic brand partnership plans to generate new opportunities for talent.
  • Identify and secure brand deals for on and off-roster talent.
  • Manage full campaign execution for talent partnerships and influencer collaborations.
  • Upsell talent-driven media formats such as podcasts, live events, licensing, and TV.
  • Collaborate with talent, managers, and agents to deliver high-quality content aligned with partnership goals.
  • Maintain a structured inbound enquiry process.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders.
  • Achieve ambitious revenue targets through consistent performance reviews and strategic planning.
  • Prepare pitch decks, commercial proposals, and talent profiles.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a client-facing, sales, or partnerships role, ideally within the talent or influencer marketing industry.
  • Proven experience in negotiation and identifying growth opportunities.
  • In-depth understanding of digital and social media landscapes.
  • Passion for influencer marketing and talent partnerships.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
