Role Overview:
We are seeking a commercially driven Brand Partnership Manager to lead high-value brand collaborations for a diverse roster of talent. This role is ideal for someone confident, proactive, and highly organised, with strong relationships with brands, agencies, and industry leaders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic brand partnership plans to generate new opportunities for talent.
- Identify and secure brand deals for on and off-roster talent.
- Manage full campaign execution for talent partnerships and influencer collaborations.
- Upsell talent-driven media formats such as podcasts, live events, licensing, and TV.
- Collaborate with talent, managers, and agents to deliver high-quality content aligned with partnership goals.
- Maintain a structured inbound enquiry process.
- Build and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders.
- Achieve ambitious revenue targets through consistent performance reviews and strategic planning.
- Prepare pitch decks, commercial proposals, and talent profiles.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging platforms.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a client-facing, sales, or partnerships role, ideally within the talent or influencer marketing industry.
- Proven experience in negotiation and identifying growth opportunities.
- In-depth understanding of digital and social media landscapes.
- Passion for influencer marketing and talent partnerships.
- Highly organised with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
