Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to customers to help them maximize their potential and independence
  • Assess customers' needs and develop personalized support plans
  • Be a first point of contact for customer queries and provide timely responses
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, ensuring their personal choice, privacy, and dignity are respected
  • Liaise with external support services to improve customers' confidence, health, and wellbeing
  • Handle emergency situations and provide crisis support when needed
  • Keep accurate and high-quality records of customer interactions and progress
Requirements
  • Experience working with adults who have experienced homelessness
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to react quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
  • NVQ3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards
