About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fund Accountant Associate to join our team at State Street. As a key member of our financial reporting team, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality financial reports to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee valuation for life and pension funds, ensuring all relevant checks have been made and benchmarks are met.
  • Ensure timely delivery of daily prices and manage cash and stock accounting vs. custody reconciliations.
  • Complete and review regular periodic deliverables, including yields and KPIs, in line with SLA.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients, third parties, and colleagues, communicating effectively through formalized reporting and ad-hoc liaison.
  • Assist in implementing new procedures and controls, and provide guidance and training to less experienced staff.
Requirements
  • Accountancy or business-related degree (preferred).
  • Fund accounting and/or pricing experience (preferred).
  • Knowledge and understanding of investment regulations (preferred).
  • PC literacy and competency in the use of spreadsheets and word processing.
