We are seeking a highly skilled Fund Accountant Associate to join our team at State Street. As a key member of our financial reporting team, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality financial reports to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee valuation for life and pension funds, ensuring all relevant checks have been made and benchmarks are met.
- Ensure timely delivery of daily prices and manage cash and stock accounting vs. custody reconciliations.
- Complete and review regular periodic deliverables, including yields and KPIs, in line with SLA.
- Deliver accurate work within agreed deadlines and maintain effective communication with clients, third parties, and colleagues.
- Assist in implementing new procedures and controls, and provide guidance and training to less experienced staff.
- Accountancy or business-related degree (preferred).
- Fund accounting and/or pricing experience (preferred).
- Knowledge and understanding of investment regulations (preferred).
- PC literacy and competency in spreadsheet and word processing software.
