Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Technical Director to lead our team at the Thermo Fisher Scientific site in the UK. This key role will require strategic leadership and technical expertise to ensure compliance with industry standards and efficient production output.

This position offers a unique opportunity for an experienced leader to drive technical innovation and excellence within our organization. As a member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for setting technical direction and providing guidance to our process engineers and project managers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, including EH&S, CQV, Quality-by-Design, and technical issue resolution. They will also have experience leading large CAPEX projects, equipment reliability, sustainability, and technical transfer activities.

About the Role
You will be responsible for developing and implementing digital performance management tools and dashboards for real-time monitoring and proactive maintenance intervention. Additionally, you will lead a team of technical experts to implement change initiatives and deliver key elements of CAPEX projects.

Requirements
This is a highly competitive role that comes with a salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, annual incentive plan bonus scheme, and relocation support to the right candidate.
