Construction Training Specialist

Key Details:- Salary: £30,000 + Bonus Scheme (Estimated Annual Salary)
- Location: Remote delivery with infrequent face-to-face classroom delivery
- Type: Full Time Permanent
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accredited pre-employment qualifications in Construction and Health and Safety remotely, with some face-to-face classroom delivery. The role requires strong organizational skills to manage diaries efficiently and ensure timely progression reviews are conducted and constructive feedback is given.
Essential Criteria:
- Must hold a Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above PTLLS/AET or equivalent.
- Ideally hold a recognised Assessor award though this is not essential as our client can upskill.
- Must have experience in delivering training teaching ideally in Health and Safety and/or Construction.
- Must have competency in Health and Safety in the construction or warehouse sector.
- NEBOSH qualification is desirable.
- Must be comfortable with and ideally have experience of online and group-based training delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop tailored training workshops and adopt a more personalised approach for individuals requiring more support.
- Embed Maths English and ICT skills into your delivery.
- Ensure sessions are motivating engaging and develop learners' skills knowledge and behaviours.
- Manage your diary efficiently to ensure timely progression reviews are conducted and constructive feedback is given.
