Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, posting debit/credits, and assisting with month-end and year-end preparations. You will also liaise with the Credit Control department to ensure credit terms are adhered to and provide exceptional customer care while handling department queries.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar administrative position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • An understanding of prioritizing workload and ensuring timely completion of tasks

Estimated Salary: £25,000 per annum
