Procurement Manager

At Shorterm Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Leader to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with suppliers, ensuring that our requirements are met, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of suppliers to ensure that our requirements are met.
- Analyze and implement improvement plans for poor-performing suppliers.
- Participate in multisite supplier business reviews with a cross-functional team.
- Work with the Supplier Performance Quality Leader to implement supplier performance strategy and initiatives.
- Manage internal expectations with key customers to ensure full customer satisfaction.
- Good working knowledge of ERP systems and MRP2 principles.
- Experience in aerospace would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Negotiating and influencing skills.
- Business understanding and commercial awareness.
