About the Role:

We are looking for a talented individual to source, screen, and recruit top-tier talent within the logistics industry. As a Logistics Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting candidates with the skills and experience required to excel in our Transport Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates for logistics roles, including Class 1 drivers, van drivers, and other transport personnel.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidate suitability and competence.
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, assessments, and client meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate information, job orders, and client interactions in our database.
  • Collaborate with the wider recruitment team to ensure timely and effective fulfilment of client requirements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, particularly within the logistics or transport sector, is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations and the ability to assess candidate suitability based on industry-specific requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
