Swim Instructor Opportunity

Nuffield Health is seeking a skilled Swim Instructor to join our team at Milton Keynes FWC. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.

We are looking for an individual with a passion for coaching swim classes and a level 2 ASA qualification or equivalent. As a Swim Instructor at Nuffield Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of swimmers and develop your teaching skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-to-one and group swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.
  • Engage and inspire swimmers to achieve their swimming goals.
  • Make the most out of every opportunity to help people learn and develop.
  • Be a positive role model with a fun and engaging approach.
  • Promote memberships by explaining the advantages of our facilities.

Requirements:

  • ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience of coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A determination to get the best out of students.
