Swimming Instructor Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Swimming Instructor to join our team at Nuffield Health Milton Keynes FWC. As a Swimming Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes to swimmers of all ages and abilities.
• Engage and inspire swimmers to achieve their swimming goals.
• Promote memberships by explaining the advantages of our facilities.

Requirements:

• ASA Level 2 or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience of coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities.
• Good people skills and a love for all things swimming.

We offer a competitive salary, with the potential to earn up to £18.00 per hour depending on experience. As a Swimming Instructor at Nuffield Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of swimmers and to develop your teaching skills.
