Job Title: Front of House Assistant

We are seeking a warm and welcoming Front of House Assistant to join our team at Bannatyne. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in setting the tone for their entire experience.

About the Role:

As a Front of House Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting and welcoming guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Dealing with emails, phone calls, and face-to-face queries
  • Preparing and serving beverages and light snacks efficiently
  • Managing spa bookings and appointments
  • Providing information about spa services, treatments, and products
  • Processing payments and managing the reception area
  • Assisting with the promotion of spa services and retail products
  • Ensuring the reception area is clean, tidy, and inviting at all times
  • Coordinating with Spa Therapists and other staff to ensure seamless service delivery
