We're passionate about solving real-world user problems through technology that inspires action. Our Commercial stream focuses on creating engaging content that drives revenue growth, and we're looking for a talented Digital Content Strategist to lead this effort.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on skills, experience, and performance. We offer a flexible working environment, company equity grants, paid holiday and sick leave, fully paid female health and sick leave, workations, six months paid maternity leave, and one month paid paternity leave.

Job Description

As a Digital Content Strategist, you'll be responsible for creating clear, concise, and compelling content that drives user engagement and inspires action. You'll work closely with Product Designers, Researchers, Analysts, and Product Managers to define new experiences across our website, come up with fresh ideas to improve existing user experiences, and advocate for human-centered design principles.

You'll also collaborate with Localisation to ensure messaging and tone of voice are consistent across different markets, evangelize for creativity, readability, and accessibility, and help other Content Designers develop their skills through training and best practices sharing.
