About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Intranet Manager to join our Digital and Knowledge Management team at Mills & Reeve. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment, contributing to the success of our new SharePoint intranet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our SharePoint sites, ensuring seamless user experience and efficient content management.
  • Collaborate with lawyers and business support teams to develop and implement effective digital solutions.
  • Work closely with the intranet steering group to drive strategy and direction for the intranet.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality content, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing SharePoint sites and Microsoft applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Power Automate or Tygraph or the Atlas intranet platform is a plus.
