Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with teachers, the SENCO, and other professionals to develop and implement behaviour management strategies and provide targeted support.
  • Provide a range of support to pupils, including academic and emotional support.
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Requirements
  • A keen interest in working with children and a passion for supporting students with behavioural challenges.
  • Experience (paid or voluntary) working with children and/or in the care sector.
  • Open to training and development opportunities.
  • Proactive work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
  • A good understanding of special educational needs and the ability to provide a supportive and structured environment.
