£24,980.80 per annum / 40 hours per week
We're looking for a skilled Lifeguard to join our team at Nuffield Health, where we pride ourselves on creating a safe and welcoming environment for all our members and visitors.
In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safety of our members while they use our facilities, including the swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, and steam room.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing supervision and assistance to ensure the health and safety of our members in the wet facilities.
- Create a friendly, relaxed, and professional atmosphere that makes our members feel valued and supported.
- Ensure that all members receive a warm welcome and efficient service upon arrival.
- Maintain a high level of awareness and respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies.
- Foster strong relationships with our members by actively listening to their needs and providing support when required.
About You:
We're looking for someone who is passionate about great customer care, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work well under pressure.
You'll need to hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and have experience working in a similar role.
