We are seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial activities of our clients, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Process and reconcile supplier invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payment
- Manage and maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures, including account reconciliations and financial statement preparation
- Provide financial support to the finance team, including data analysis and reporting
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or a related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
