Job Summary
Cromwell Hospital is seeking an experienced Physiotherapy Manager to lead our Therapy Department. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and operational management to our Physiotherapy services. You will work closely with our Therapy Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and maintain the highest professional and clinical standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and operational management to the Physiotherapy services, ensuring delivery of first-class services and maintaining the highest professional and clinical standards.
- Assist the Therapy Manager in the operational management and leadership of the Therapy Department, for all services, including delivery of business and financial targets for service plans in line with the strategic objectives of the Hospital.
- Ensure clinical Physiotherapy and governance requirements are met, as the primary point of contact with relevant regulatory bodies to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Identify opportunities and implement service improvements and market the department to promote services and new referrals.
