We are seeking an ambitious and experienced International Sales Manager to join our client's fast-paced team and play a pivotal role in their global success story. As the International Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our client's global expansion efforts, reporting directly to the Head of International Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales toolkits, distribution agreements, and long-range demand plans to ensure seamless market launches.
  • Provide regular updates on financial performance, demand planning, and critical path timings to senior stakeholders.
  • Work closely with local teams to drive business growth in international and export markets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in international and export markets, particularly within FMCG brands, with a solid track record of driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of financials and commercial strategies, with the ability to influence outcomes and drive success.
  • Experience with Global and Local International models or working with international distributors is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Spanish, German, or Chinese is beneficial but not essential.
