### Job Title: Support Worker
### Job Summary
United Response is seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Worksop. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with physical and mental health conditions, as well as learning difficulties. Our team is passionate about providing high-quality care and support, and we are looking for like-minded individuals to join us.
### Key Responsibilities
* Assist with daily living tasks, such as cleaning and cooking
* Administer medication as required
* Accompany individuals to appointments and activities
* Promote independence and encourage individuals to take part in leisure activities
* Provide personal care and support
* Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users
### What We Offer
* Competitive hourly rate of £11.75
* 20 days paid annual leave (plus 8 bank holidays, pro rata for part-time staff)

### Requirements

* Enhanced DBS check required
