Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, and complex mental health needs.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, medication management, and household chores.
- Encourage individuals to participate in activities that promote independence, socialization, and community engagement.
- Work collaboratively with the support team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
Requirements:
- Experience working with individuals with complex needs, including autism, acquired brain injury, and mental health conditions.
- Ability to work flexibly, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide support to colleagues.
