BDO UK is seeking a highly motivated Cyber Security Technologist to join our team. As a permanent member of staff, you will be responsible for implementing technical controls to monitor and respond to cyber security threats.

Estimated salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement security solutions across networks
  • Assess, analyze, and mitigate cyber-related risk
  • Configure and monitor security systems, responding to incidents and security breaches

Our ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in networking and cyber security fundamentals, as well as experience with threat, vulnerability, and risk assessment. CompTIA Network+ and Security+ certifications are desirable.

We offer a comprehensive training program, which includes Firebrand's Level 4 Cyber Security Technologist Apprenticeship Programme. This will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role.
