Architect Job in High-End Residential and Commercial Sectors

Hunter Dunning Limited is seeking a skilled Architectural Designer with a passion for high-end design and detailing to join their team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working on bespoke high-end residential and commercial projects across all RIBA stages (0-7), preparing and developing drawings, models, and images, and reporting to the directors on project progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver bespoke high-end residential and commercial projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop drawings, models, and images related to design using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • Collaborate with the directors to report on project progress and provide design solutions.
  • Work with the team to ensure delivery of high-quality projects within the given timeframe.

Requirements:

  • Relevant architectural degree with a minimum of 3 years of professional working experience in a UK practice.
  • Proficient user of AutoCAD and SketchUp with experience working on live projects in the UK.
  • Strong 3D design ability, preferably using InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp, and other rendering software.
  • Experience working through detailed design, technical design, and delivery stages of projects.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
