Key Responsibilities:

  2. Perform bookkeeping, invoicing, and budget tracking tasks, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  3. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring seamless financial transactions.
  4. Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes, driving efficiency and productivity.
  5. Prepare and submit VAT returns, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  6. Bank reconciliation for all client accounts, ensuring financial accuracy.
  7. Opening and closing of client accounts, maintaining a secure and organized financial environment.
  8. Payment request on online banking system, ensuring timely and secure transactions.
  9. Reporting of client accounts account balance to operations, providing valuable insights.
  10. Revaluation of client accounts, ensuring accurate financial records.
  11. Resolving queries in a timely manner, providing excellent customer service.
  12. Liaising with operations and banks when necessary, maintaining strong relationships.
  13. Working on improvements for efficiency, driving continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • A relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Exposure to previous Financial roles, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software, with a strong organizational and time management skillset.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently when needed, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and legislation.

Job Offer:

  • Salary: £26,000 to £30,000 per annum.
