**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD)

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at our nursing home in Hythe, Kent. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and contributing to the overall success of our care home.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide person-centered care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being
* Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with our multidisciplinary team
* Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents
* Collaborate with our care team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication
