Established in 1989, The Mayfield Group is a leading supplier of quality holiday home accessories. We are proud to be the pioneers of uPVC caravan sundecks and have inspired the designs of many sundecks seen today. Due to our rapid growth, we are currently seeking a skilled Warehouse Fabrication Specialist to join our team in Poole, Dorset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabrication of timber and aluminium bases in a warehouse environment.
  • Effective stock management to ensure seamless production.
  • Maintain continuity with every installation, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Ensure all health and safety aspects of the job are adhered to.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous joinery experience with similar products or tasks.
  • A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative when needed.
  • Occasional visits to local customers to assist with snags or remedial work.

Performance Objectives:

  • Achieve high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Meet daily fabrication targets.
  • Comply with our H&S policy at all times.

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • Numerate and accurate in all tasks.
  • Able to work from a plan and be well-organised.
  • Basic IT skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Self-confident, personable, and approachable.
  • Understanding of the importance of installation quality.
  • Full, clean driving license preferred but not essential.
  • Valid Fork-Lift license a plus but not essential.
  • Starting salary of £11.50 per hour.

  • Poole BH12 4QR: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
