Job Title: Fabric Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Fabric Maintenance Specialist to join our team at BJF Group. As a Fabric Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out planned building and fabric maintenance tasks, ensuring accurate records of works planned and completed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned building and fabric maintenance tasks as per program
  • Keep accurate auditable records of works planned and completed
  • Show a proactive approach to Health & Safety in the work environment
  • Maintain high standards of customer care
  • Be flexible and undertake other reasonable duties to accommodate operational requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience of planned preventative maintenance and reactive works/tasks completed within KPI's
  • Repairs following a Periodic Electrical Installation Condition Report. Including minor works certification
  • Experience of planned preventative maintenance and reactive works/tasks completed within KPI's
