Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fabric Maintenance Engineer to join our team at BJF Group. As a Fabric Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned building and fabric maintenance tasks, ensuring accurate records of works planned and completed. You will also be expected to maintain high standards of customer care and be flexible to undertake other reasonable duties to accommodate operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned building and fabric maintenance tasks as per program and keep accurate auditable records of works planned and completed.
  • Show a proactive approach to Health & Safety in the work environment and take the necessary steps to ensure risks are mitigated.
  • Client facing, therefore maintaining high standards of customer care.
  • Be flexible and undertake other reasonable duties to accommodate operational requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience of planned preventative maintenance and reactive works/tasks completed within KPI's.
  • Repairs following a Periodic Electrical Installation Condition Report. Including minor works certification.
