We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Holiday Club Play Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a range of activities to primary-aged children during our Fun Weeks in the school holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver sessions that are engaging, challenging, and fun for primary-aged children
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for the children in our care
  • Develop and deliver coaching programmes to a high standard consistently
  • Follow our coaching philosophy, ensuring everything we deliver is fun, inclusive, and educational
  • Understand and cater to the individual needs of the children in our care
  • Deal with any first aid or emergency situations
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers
Requirements
  • Passion for working with and facilitating fun games for primary-aged children
  • Ability to develop skills and coaching ability
  • Punctuality, reliability, and commitment
  • Experience in delivering activities to primary-aged children
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
