About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Peripatetic Administrator to join our team at Greater Manchester Mental Health NHSFT. As a Peripatetic Administrator, you will provide administrative support to various teams across the organization, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to teams, including typing medical and other correspondence, managing calls, and preparing agendas and minutes.
- Work closely with Administration Managers to ensure effective administrative services are provided to teams.
- Undertake general administrative office duties, including patient finances and reception area duties.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff, patients, and external partners.
Person Specification
Essential
- 2 years of previous office experience or equivalent demonstrable experience.
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
Desirable
- IT-related qualification.
- RSA/NVQ qualification.
Skills and Abilities
- Effective time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and plan conflicting and complex work demands.
- Minute taking.
- Excellent telephone manner and outstanding communication skills.
- Ability to navigate IT systems, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
