Transaction Banking Operations Role

We are seeking a seasoned and driven individual to join our Transaction Banking Operations team as a Client Onboarding and Implementation Manager. This role provides the opportunity to create a world-class client experience with direct contribution to the business' top line.

About the Role

The Client Onboarding and Implementation team is responsible for enabling Sales by providing clients with a differentiated experience through their pre-sales and go-live journey. This includes onboarding, implementation, and testing, as well as go-live and early-stage support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own client pre-go-live lifecycle end-to-end, with accountability for creating a differentiated client experience through the onboarding and implementation stages.
  • Provide implementation subject matter expertise across transaction banking products and services, advising clients on solutions for their Treasury requirements.
  • Partner with Sales and internal stakeholders to cater to clients of varying complexity, across jurisdictions and industries.
  • Build and manage detailed project plans capturing all intricate aspects of go-live.
  • Ensure robust and compliant delivery of value to clients, with keen acumen on risk and controls.
  • Establish effective communication channels and governance, both with clients and internal stakeholders, to ensure transparency on status, blockers, and milestones.
  • Work closely with servicing teams as clients go live, through early-stage support, ensuring a seamless transition from pre-go-live to business-as-usual mode.
