We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team of dedicated professionals who provide person-centred care to service users. This role involves delivering high-quality care services to individuals in their own homes, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are respected.

About the Role
This is a Community Based role that requires you to have a full UK driving licence and access to your own car. You will be responsible for providing personal care, preparing meals, assisting with eating and drinking, carrying out shopping requirements, and supporting service users and their families.
