Community Care Worker

We are seeking an experienced Community Care Worker to join our team at Nexxus Care. As a Community Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care to individuals within their own homes. This role involves carrying out personal care tasks, preparing meals, and assisting with daily living activities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in care work and be able to build rapport quickly with service users and their families. You will also need to have a full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
In this role, you will work with a double-up partner to ensure safe use of moving and handling equipment. You will also be required to provide palliative and end-of-life care, as well as supporting service users and their families.

We offer a competitive salary of £20,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits including Blue Light Card membership, job security, refer-a-friend bonus, and enhanced bank holiday rates.
