About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity for a motivated and innovative leader to drive workforce development within Children's Services. As the Academy Lead, you will support and lead workforce development from a practice perspective across Children's Services, developing and delivering robust training programmes.
Key Responsibilities- Support and lead workforce development from a practice perspective across Children's Services.
- Develop and deliver training programmes to support workforce development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions.
- Provide supervision and guidance to staff to ensure effective workforce development.
- Significant post-qualification experience in statutory Children's Social Care.
- Strong understanding of workforce development, supervision, and multi-agency working.
- Leadership/management training and experience with staff development and professional supervision.
- DBS check covered.
- Referral bonus for colleagues or friends.
- Twice-weekly payroll.
This is a 3-day per week on-site role in Liverpool. If you are passionate about driving workforce development and have the necessary experience and skills, please apply with your CV.
