Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive data quality roadmap, aligning with the company's modernization initiatives.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of self-sustaining validations within the data creation process to ensure product quality and optimize resources.
  • Establish and communicate clear service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics to enhance quality transparency across the organization.
  • Oversee and actively engage in testing activities, integrating new processes that align with the modernization of product creation.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams, including Product, Operations, Engineering, and Support.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant, global management experience in a complex matrix organization. Additionally, you should possess expert knowledge of data collection quality practices, methodologies, and processes within the FinTech and/or Financial Services sectors.
