Company Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Pricing Strategist to join our Commercial Strategy & Planning team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive business growth and maximize value for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Chair the 'Deal Desk' where cross-functional teams discuss and plot a way forward for complex opportunities;
  • Continuously improve Cirium's pricing tools and guidance for less complex opportunities;
  • Coordinate analysis and decision-making as necessary in support of complex, high-value opportunities;
  • Lead a rolling program of primary-research-based pricing reviews for our diverse product portfolio, ensuring our pricing approach maximizes value for both Cirium and our customers;
  • Work with Cirium's leadership on research efforts to inform future direction and allocation of resources;
  • Lead growth initiatives that require a strong strategic thinker to align resources from across Cirium's functions.

Requirements:

  • Incredible interpersonal skills – ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
  • Prior experience in pricing/strategy roles, ideally within a B2B organization or consulting firm, with experience in strategy projects involving complex analytics and research techniques;
  • Degree-level education in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Economics, Maths, Operational Research);
  • Drive to see things through – ability to think critically and implement ideas effectively;
  • Enthusiastic and interested in Aviation; experience working in the industry is a plus;
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with a knack for storytelling and making complex concepts simple;
  • Working knowledge of commercial tools (e.g., Salesforce CRM, Gong, Eloqua Campaigns);
  • Advanced abilities in working with data – proficiency in SQL, Python, and Power BI.
