Retail Expression Design & Development
  • Design and develop permanent in-store fixtures that maximize brand expression and optimize store experience.
  • Develop new store format designs to ensure consistent 360° expression across various touchpoints, globally.
  • Create in-store toolkits to support market execution and grow expertise with an omnichannel consumer journey mindset.
Future Store Concept Creation
  • Ideate, strategize, and design retail environments of the future, championing blue-sky thinking and out-of-the-box in-store designs to excite the senses and elevate the in-store experience.
In-Store Campaign Toolkit Development
  • Create strong written and verbal in-store briefs, ensuring optimization for store channel, and injecting elements from cross-functional teams such as campaign creative concepts, shopper insights, and behavioral psychology considerations.
  • Collaborate with brand and creative teams to maximize brand visuals and ensure value-adding communications to recruit, educate, and convert the shopper at point of purchase.
In-Store Digital Experience
  • Champion digital integration within the store channel, collaborating with the digital team to ideate and implement new tech solutions that maximize phygital experience within the store channel.
  • Drive a shopper-first mindset to create value-adding, seamless digital solutions for the store environment.

You will work closely with several departments, including Brand, Commercial Planning, Creative, Global Key Markets, and external agencies. The team is highly collaborative, innovative, and driven by a shared passion for delivering excellent retail experiences. As a Global In-Store Experience Manager, you will experience a dynamic synergy between strategic planning and creative execution, where diverse perspectives are harnessed to fuel innovation and deliver impactful retail solutions.

Possess strong agility and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects with high complexity and a wide range of partners/touchpoints. Have very strong knowledge/skills of Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Possess 2D and 3D technical design skills, including In-design, Photoshop, and Sketchup (or similar). Have a commercial understanding, numerical/analytical skills, and budget management experience.
