As Assistant Store Experience Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive business results.

About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as Assistant Store Experience Manager. This is a full-time position offering 39 hours a week on a 1 year, fixed term contract.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Experience Manager in achieving outstanding store performance, with a primary focus on delivering great customer experiences that drive sales and profitability. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding a dedicated team to efficiently run the store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of managers, visual merchandisers and sales advisors to achieve excellent standards of service
  • Analyse selling information and take responsibility for the store sales performance
  • Identify future talents and put together development plans to support their progression
  • Oversee store operations, ensuring efficient running of the store
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A good understanding of KPIs/selling reports, budgeting turnover and workforce hours
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety standards
  • Fluent in English
  • Able to multitask and prioritise effectively

Salary

The salary for this role is estimated to be between £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including a staff discount of up to 25% on all H&M Group brands, both in-store and online.
