Salary Range: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing client relationships within the Rail industry.

  • Client Relationship Development: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients across the Rail industry, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Digital Marketing: Introduce new digital marketing tools to expand Orion's presence and reach new customers.
  • Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve business growth and meet sales targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Sales Experience: A track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the Rail industry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
