In this challenging role as a Risk Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory standards in our Newcastle office. Your expertise in quality audits, risk assessments, and internal control evaluations will help us maintain strict compliance with accreditation requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Compliance Auditor to contribute to the growth of our legal firm by identifying trends, training needs, and driving performance improvements through insightful communications and team collaboration.

We are looking for a motivated individual who has experience working in a regulated environment, preferably within the legal sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Planning and conducting monthly quality audits to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  2. Performing thorough risk assessments and internal control evaluations, reporting any discrepancies.
  3. Creating and maintaining a comprehensive quality log, identifying trends and training needs.
