About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care home team at HC-One. As a nurse at HC-One, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, providing person-centered care that is tailored to their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
  • Act as a mentor and role model for junior staff members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and confidence.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest best practices and research in nursing care.

Requirements

  • A valid NMC registration and a current PIN number.
  • Experience working in a care home or similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of others.
